We are working with a leading brand in the advanced aesthetic Industry who are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Educator to join their team. This role involves delivering training presentations, supporting the sales team, and representing the company at industry events. Based in London, the position requires extensive travel across Ireland and Scotland.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

Develop and present engaging training sessions for diverse audiences, including academy students and clinic staff.

Utilise various teaching methods, such as interactive workshops and live demonstrations, to ensure effective learning.

Customise training content to accommodate different skill levels and learning styles.

Event Participation

Represent the brand at advanced aesthetic events, conferences, and seminars across the UK and Ireland.

Deliver impactful presentations and live demonstrations of products, treatments, and services.

Engage with attendees, answer questions, and build positive relationships with stakeholders.

Content Development

Collaborate on creating and updating training materials, presentations, and resources.

Sales Team Support

Work closely with the sales team, providing product knowledge and technical expertise.

Address inquiries and provide guidance to enable successful sales efforts.

Travel and Logistics

Organise and manage travel arrangements to fulfill training and event commitments.

Oversee logistics, including scheduling, venue preparation, and equipment setup.

Qualifications and Skills

Certification in ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or NVQ Level 4 is advantageous.

5+ years of experience in cosmeceutical skincare and advanced laser treatments.

Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Comprehensive knowledge of advanced aesthetic procedures and industry trends.

Proven expertise in training delivery and resource development.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Ability to travel extensively across Ireland and the UK.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing multiple priorities.
