Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns that align with brand objectives, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and conversion..
- Explore, recommend, and A/B test creative styles and ad copy, reporting on results to the business to improve and adapt our creative execution.
- Provide clear briefs with best performing and competitor examples to our in house digital creative team regularly (weekly & monthly) to drive innovation and creative excellence to improve CTR% and CvR%.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the development of compelling ad content that resonates with the target audience.
- Develop relationships with the wider brand and creative teams to support on brand campaign briefs that will be rolled out across a variety of channels both ATL & BTL.
- Work closely with the broader digital marketing, creative, and product teams to align social and AV strategies with overall brand marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in social media advertising, AV media, and digital marketing.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity for performance channels and identify
- Develop relationships with META, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Product Managers and leverage the partnership to identify data and insights to inform our creative Social strategy, support our brand growth and organic content.
You are:
- Proven experience in paid social media advertising and AV performance marketing, ideally within the beauty or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and AV media buying.
- Proficiency in social media and AV advertising tools, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic AV platforms.
