Salary: £45,000- £50,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a leading company in the skincare and aesthetics industry. Covering the North East and Scotland, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market presence in the North East & Scotland.
- Identify, target, and build relationships with new and existing clients within the healthcare and aesthetics sector.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions to drive engagement and sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular reports and insights on market performance and sales activity.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the healthcare, aesthetics, or medical devices industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare and aesthetics market in the North East & Scotland.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
